Emma and Will :: A Soft Blue and White Wedding at Hotel Ella in Austin

Imagine exchanging vows in a place where history meets modern luxury, surrounded by the vibrant culture of Austin, Texas. Hotel Ella, a historic mansion turned boutique hotel, offers a unique and elegant setting for couples seeking a wedding experience like no other. So of course we had to highlight the beautiful venue within their custom wedding invitation suite.

Every couple is unique, and their invitations should reflect that individuality! We love to offer customization options, allowing our couples to add personal touches like monograms, custom wax seals, or custom artwork. These details transform the invitation into a one-of-a-kind piece of art. We love it!

Andrie and Bryan :: An Elegant Wedding at Omni Barton Creek in Austin

Perched high above the rolling hills, with the enchanting Austin Hill Country stretching as far as the eye can see, Andrie and Bryan’s wedding was a breathtaking celebration of love. Set against the backdrop of this mesmerizing landscape, their special day was a true testament to the natural beauty that Texas has to offer at Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa.

A hallmark of this hill country wedding was the abundance of flowers that graced every corner of the venue. The couple's love for nature and vibrant blooms was evident in their choice of décor. Lush floral arrangements by Bouquets of Austin truly enhanced the ceremony and reception.

We loved designing their day-of stationery and signage, especially their custom pet portraits! Thank you Andrie and Bryan!

Leslie and Clyde :: A Venue Transformation in Lakeway, Texas

Thank you, Benevo Events for your partnership and blog post! We couldn’t have said it better ourselves. ;)

“Have you ever read a rom com book and thought to yourself "man these characters are just so adorable, I wish I could meet them in real life." Well, ladies and gentleman, meet Leslie + Clyde, the ones who fell in love one summer and never looked back! They are the rom com characters everybody loves and what makes it even better is that they are the sweetest, most intentional humans you have ever met!

These two met on the beautiful island of Nantucket in summer of 2020. Funny enough, neither of them were actually wanting to go to Nantucket that year, but for some reason, they both said yes. Leslie was a live-in nanny, and had a few days off during the week. During this time, she thought, "what better way to explore a new place than getting a dating app and meeting a guy or two to hangout with along the way?" Then, Clyde and Leslie matched on Hinge, and from the moment she met him she knew she didn't want to go on another date with anyone else. They hung out every day she had off that Summer, and she says that it was the most unforgettable, fun, and loving season of her life. They knew in their hearts that they were meant to be together, and they can't wait to tell these stories and memories to their future kids and grandkids one day!

This love story is one that we adore, cherish, and admire! When you meet Leslie + Clyde, you can feel the love in the room. They're the kind of people that make you feel loved just by the way they love each other. Having the opportunity to plan their special day was the biggest joy and honor for our team, and we are so excited to share all of the details with you! “

Jenna and Taylor :: A Ranch Wedding in the Bluebonnets of the Texas Hill Country

The Texas Hill Country, with its rugged charm and breathtaking landscapes, has long been a favorite destination for couples looking to celebrate their love amidst nature's finest offerings. Imagine a wedding in this picturesque setting, where rolling hills and vibrant wildflowers serve as the backdrop to an unforgettable love story. Now, add the iconic Texan bluebonnets to the mix, and you've got a truly magical and uniquely Texan celebration. And we could not wait to get our hands on designing for this epic wedding!

We had the privilege of crafting wedding invitations for countless couples, each with their unique love stories and individual visions. One theme that has always held a special place in my heart is the rustic romance of a Texas ranch wedding, where the vibrant bluebonnets provide a touch of natural elegance. Jenna and Taylor did not disappoint. We loved using the bluebonnets and monogram from their invitation liner on their day-of stationery to carry the theme from start to finish, including drink stirrers, bar wraps, koozies, menus, and more!

Julianna and Lee :: A Vibrant Camp Wedding With Pops of Pink in Texas Hill Country

Thank you Brides for this feature!

“Julianna Beathard had a crush on Donald “Lee” Siratt all throughout college at Texas Christian University, but it wasn’t until her wig-themed 22nd birthday party during her final semester in January of 2018 that she finally met him in person. Lee spotted Julianna in the crowd and decided to introduce himself. “Upon walking up to Julianna, the only words that came out of his mouth were, ‘Hi, I’m Lee,’” the couple recounts. “And then, he was speechless!” Luckily, the two of them crossed paths again two weeks later, and Lee managed to get Julianna’s phone number. A month later, they went on their first date.

After two years together on November 20, 2020, the couple had plans to grab dinner at Joe T. Garcias, a Mexican restaurant, with friends who were visiting from out of town. “When arriving at the courtyard of the restaurant and turning the corner, Julianna saw a sea of familiar faces, and her heart started beating fast,” the couple remembers. “She knew something was going on, but shock was setting in, and what was really going on hadn’t quite hit her.” Before she knew it, Lee was down on one knee, asking to take Julianna’s hand in marriage. Since Lee had invited all of their family and friends to the surprise, they spent the rest of the evening drinking margaritas, eating Mexican cuisine, and dancing. “It was such a fun, love-filled weekend,” they summarize.

Once the duo got engaged, they locked in their venue: The Retreat at Balcones Springs in Marble Falls, Texas. This 250-acre locale in Texas Hill Country was a no-brainer for the couple because Julianna’s aunt started the camp. The bride-to-be even spent nine summers as a camper on the site and frequently visited the spot for holidays and family gatherings. “When Lee came into the picture, Julianna was thrilled to show him what it was all about,” the couple says. “Since then, Julianna and Lee have created many wonderful memories at camp and were so excited to share its magic with their favorite people.”

To capture the full essence of the camp for their 312 guests, the pair knew they wanted to host three days of events. “With so many enjoyable components, such as beautiful cabins for our guests to stay in, a lake, a beach, pickleball courts, a workout studio, a zipline, we knew the retreat would be the perfect venue for a weekend-long celebration,” they share. Because Julianna and Lee had many moving parts to account for, they found the planning process to be overwhelming at times. “However, we had such great support from our team, all of whom shared a similar vision, which made it organized, fluid, and prepared to pivot when needed,” the two explain.

With planning by Lexie Perez of Pearl Events Austin, photography by Caroline Lima Photography, and videography by Peyton Frank, Julianna and Lee were able to pull out all the stops on October 30, 2021. Keep scrolling to see all of the stunning details from their big day.”

Alex and Tim :: A Modern Black and White Wedding Design at the South Congress Hotel

Rain on your wedding day might not be everyone's ideal forecast, but for Alex and Tim, it turned out to be a serendipitous blessing in disguise. Their modern black and white wedding, accented with marble and big statement signage, unfolded at the South Congress Hotel in Austin, Texas, on a rainy day that only added to the enchantment.

Alex and Tim chose a timeless black and white color scheme with touches of marble and texture accents. The juxtaposition of these classic colors with contemporary elements created a sophisticated atmosphere. The stark contrast of black and white exuded elegance, while marble accents added a luxurious dimension to the decor!

Some of our favorite details were the large real marble bar signs. We adhered custom vinyl on the front of each large (and heavy!) slab. Another one of the standout elements of this wedding was the oversized signage strategically placed throughout the venue. These signs served both aesthetic and functional purposes. With bold fonts and elegant designs, they directed guests while also serving as impactful focal points in the decor. And we can’t forget the custom pet sketches! Always a favorite!

Thank you for letting us be a part of your special day, Alex and Tim! We loved every minute of it!

These versatile and customizable labels can be attached to various types of bottles, adding an extra layer of charm to your special day.

Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a novice, creating and attaching bottle stickers is a straightforward and enjoyable task. This makes it an excellent option for those looking to add a personal touch to their wedding without breaking the bank.

  3. Signature Cocktails: If you're planning to have signature cocktails at your wedding, display a bottle at the bar! This not only adds a personal touch but also helps guests identify their preferred drinks.

  4. Wedding Welcome Bags: When welcoming your guests, include personalized water bottles in your welcome bags. This small gesture shows your consideration for their comfort and convenience.

  5. Photo Booth Props: Have a photo booth at your wedding? Add a fun twist by offering bottles with stickers that have funny phrases, quotes, or hashtags for your guests to hold in their pictures.

  6. Memorable Keepsakes: Save a few bottles with stickers as keepsakes from your special day. They can serve as a delightful reminder of your wedding and a beautiful addition to your home decor.
